Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our customers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining long-term client satisfaction, handling day-to-day account needs, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong, lasting relationships to ensure client retention
- Understand client goals and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Track account performance and report results regularly
Requirements:
- Experience in account management or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
