Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our customers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining long-term client satisfaction, handling day-to-day account needs, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build strong, lasting relationships to ensure client retention
  • Understand client goals and ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations
  • Track account performance and report results regularly

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
